Shipping policy

For orders over $99 shipping is free. 

For orders under $99 shipping charges will be calculated at check out. 

Shipment processing time

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Vermont. Depending on the volume of orders we have, it may take up to 3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Delivery estimates

Our default shipping carrier in the US is FedEx and USPS for post office boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

If you wish to know how long a package will take to be delivered by FedEX, please use the FedEx transit map on their website (Fedex) for the estimate. Our warehouse Zip code is 05454 in Vermont.   

If you’re in a hurry to receive your Lost Horizons products, express shipping is available upon request. Please email us immediately after placing your order and we will try to accommodate you. Please note that express shipping will incur additional costs.

International shipping

We do not ship currently ship internationally but if you wish to ship to Canada, you may place the order on our Canadian website www.lhknitwear.ca which will ship from our Canadian warehouse.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
