Refund policy

For online store purchases, you can return an item for a refund or exchange by following these steps:

1. Contact Customer Service: Email our customer service department at sales@lhknitwear.com with your order number and reason for the return to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. You'll receive an RA form and instructions via email.

2. Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days from the original purchase date. For Christmas gifts purchased after October 15th, the return window is extended to January 15th. Items must be unworn, in new condition, and have all original tags attached.

3. Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for shipping items back to us. We will cover the shipping cost for your exchange order. If the return is due to a defect (the item was defective when received), we will cover shipping costs both ways.

Please use a carrier that provides tracking information and proof of delivery, as you are responsible for the product until we receive it. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment and processed within 15-20 business days once we receive the item. Processing times may vary depending on your credit card company.
