Horrible

I purchased a pair of socks for Christmas and they where worn 5 or 6 times between then and today Feb 28 - they have a big hole in the one heal already and the second is starting in same spot - this is from the wool pulling apart and the knit spreading. I reached out to the company who have told me this is not covered under warranty and they could only offer me a 50% off another pair - I explained at $57.50 a pair they are not worth $15 if they fall apart and I don’t want the code I want them replaced or nothing - they went on to tell me that I should be dealing with the third party store that I purchased them at which has a normal 30 day then deal with the manufacturer. Poor customer service along with the pooor quality socks big thumbs down for me
